In April 2026, His Eminence Metropolitan Serapion identified a need for a second church in the Santa Clarita Valley area. This is intended to follow the American Coptic Orthodox Church model, to complement the existing services in Santa Clarita, and to serve as a second ACOC in the Northern Region of the diocese.
